The Center for the Healing of Racism offers DIALOGUE: RACISM, a two-day course, which provides a safe, respectful, and loving atmosphere where individuals can learn about racism, share personal experiences and dispel lingering fears and guilt.

Topics Include:

  • Defining Prejudice and Racism and How Racism is Perpetuated
  • Unaware Racism (Implicit Bias) and White Privilege
  • Stereotypes and How They Affect Us
  • Cultural Racism
  • Internalized Racism
  • Institutionalized Racism
  • Oneness of Humanity and The Next Steps

Sessions are free and open to the public,
We will confirm your spot after we receive a $40 deposit using the button below.  Upon completion of Day Two of the workshop, we will refund the deposit at your request.  We are trying this because many people sign up and don’t show up, which is not fair to the people who we turn away when we reach the capacity of RSVPs.

 The Mission:  to facilitate the healing of racism through education and dialogue in a safe and supportive environment in order to empower individuals and transform communities.
